You may know that I love cats. Wherever I see a cat, I must go and pat its head. I am a cat person and proud of it. I also love dogs, but sometimes they can be scary. Anyway, what I’m trying to say is that all these street animals need to be loved. So is this scruffy mess with the garbage.
