    The easiest way to be free from porn addiction is to use a Nokia phone. Excessive viewing of pornography causes damage the mind. Of course, after using a Nokia phone for a few days, when you realize that pornography addiction has gone away from you, then you can use a smart phone. I also use Nokia phone. Sometimes I sit typing on my younger sister's laptop, then I comment when I come across a useful video.💛
